This Medical Surgical unit primarily cares for adult patients requiring post-surgical and general medical care.
Common Patient Diagnoses- Abdominal Pain
- Cholelithiasis
- Osteoarthritis
- Fractures
- Back Pain
- Morbid Obesity / Bariatric Surgery Patients
- IV Pumps
- N/G Tubes
- Feeding Tubes
- Adults
- Minimum 2 years of recent MS experience
- Travel experience required
- Updated resume documenting MS and travel experience
- Skills checklist matching specialty
- Current AHA BLS Certification
- Active NY RN License
- NURSYS report with verification of all active RN licenses
- Driver’s license with address matching demographics
- RTO must be included at the time of submission
- EMR Experience Required: EPIC
- Local candidates accepted at local rate (less than 75 miles)
- Block scheduling is not guaranteed
- Candidates must be flexible to float as needed
