Facility: Azria Health Prairie Ridge
Location: Mediapolis, Iowa
Setting: Nursing Home / Long-Term Care
Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Schedule:
- 8-hour Evening Shift
- 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 37.5 hours per week
- Every Other Weekend (EOW) required
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to long-term care residents.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor and assess residents' health conditions.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
- Communicate changes in residents' conditions to physicians and the healthcare team.
- Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff as needed.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in patient condition.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and quality-of-care standards.
Salary : $1,800
