Pay & Hours
- Pay Rate: $61/hour total package

Schedule
- Shift: Evening
- Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts
- Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend (EOW)
- Orientation: August 12, 2026 at 10:00 AM
Position Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols.
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare team.
- Complete accurate nursing documentation and maintain patient records.
- Collaborate with CNAs, healthcare providers, and other members of the care team.
- Assist with developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, nursing standards, and applicable regulations.
Requirements
- Active RN license eligible to work in Wisconsin.
- Current BLS certification.
- LTC/SNF experience preferred.
- Ability to work evening shifts and every other weekend.
- Successful completion of facility and agency credentialing requirements.
Salary : $30 - $61
