Job Summary: Receiving, unpacking and moving IT equipment; recording equipment specifications and conditions into our ERP system; performing diagnostic testing; disassembling computer equipment / harvesting and testing parts; stocking and inventory; operating and utilizing various warehouse equipment including forklift, baler, compactor; other tasks as needed.

Regular Duties:

• Regular on-site attendance/punctuality is a necessary function of this position.
• Receiving, unpacking and moving IT equipment. This includes working safely in and around the warehouse docks.
• Recording equipment specifications and conditions into our ERP system.
• Performing diagnostic testing, disassembling computer equipment and harvesting and testing parts.
• Safely operating and utilizing various warehouse equipment including forklift, baler and compactor.
• May be required to work in other functional areas depending on business needs.
• Other job-related tasks as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies:

• Effective interpersonal skills and desire to work in a team environment.
• Familiarity with various internal and external computer hardware.
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Proficient in basic math.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to and adhere to safely “team lift” anything above 50 pounds.
• Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in designated areas.
• Duties of this position are performed in a manufacturing environment with regular exposure to elements such as noise, dust, chemicals, operating machinery, temperature extremes, etc.
• Duties may require periodic sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
• Standing, sitting, stooping/squatting and walking can be expected along with reaching with hands and arms and undergoing repetitive wrist, hand, elbow, shoulder and ankle motions.
• Above demands are carried out within the local existing Health and Safety guidelines.

Typical Experience:

• No less than one year of experience in a warehouse, distribution or manufacturing setting with a focus on receiving tasks.
• Must be able to read and understand written and verbal instructions in English.

Typical Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Full/Part Time: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Location: Rochester, NH

Wage: $20-$22/hour
