Events and Marketing Specialist

Job Summary: The Events & Marketing Specialist plans and coordinates marketing events and assists with developing marketing material to further promote the NCS Credit brand.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and manages logistics for Marketing events, including tradeshows and webinars.
• Creates and delivers NCS Credit marketing content for webinars, tradeshows, and events.
• Plans and manages events ensuring they occur on time, within budget, and to scope.
• Provides post-event support: distributing surveys, editing materials, generating attendance reports, etc.
• Aligns event and webinar strategies with overall marketing goals and works to ensure seamless execution of the plan.
• Measures and reports on Marketing department metrics, including webinar performance and client-engagement.
• Creates a comprehensive events calendar and communicates events schedule internally and externally.
• Manages all aspects of event production, including scheduling, registration, and post-event follow-up.
• Collaborates with the content team to produce high-quality promotional materials, including videos, reels, invitations, landing pages, and follow-up emails.
• Builds and maintains relationships with key vendors, partners, and industry associations to enhance event quality and reach.
• Schedules and hosts coordination meetings in preparation for presentations & live events.
• Other duties as assigned

Education, experience, certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant years of experience
• 3 plus years of experience in event coordination or a Marketing Coordinator role.
• Experience using a CRM system such as Sugar or Salesforce
• Experience with lead generation tools such as ZoomInfo, Google Ads, etc.
• Creates and delivers NCS Credit marketing content for webinars, tradeshows, and events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31.25 - $33.65 per hour
