Mobile Detailer — Part-Time
NCM Detailing is a growing mobile detailing business serving Bell and Knox County and surrounding areas. We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our team as a Part-Time Mobile Detailer.
This is a good opportunity for someone looking for flexible afternoon/evening work, especially a student or someone wanting to earn extra income while learning a valuable skill.
What You’ll Do
- Perform interior and exterior vehicle details
- Complete Express Details and maintenance services
- Vacuum, clean, wipe down, wash, and protect vehicles
- Follow NCM’s detailing process and quality standards
- Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized
- Provide friendly, professional service to customers
- Eventually work independently on select jobs as training is completed
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and dependable
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Comfortable working on vehicles
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Positive attitude and good communication
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Previous detailing experience is a plus, but not required
We’re more interested in finding someone who is reliable, willing to learn, and takes pride in their work than someone who already knows everything about detailing.
Schedule
Part-time with flexible scheduling. Most opportunities will be a Range from 9am-7pm (jobs booked within that time frame), with the potential for additional hours as the business grows.
Pay
Starting at $30 base pay additional pay per vehicle completed, with opportunities to earn more as you become trained and able to handle jobs independently.
