Role Description
The Pre-Sales Solutions Architect - AWS Partner is a full-time hybrid role based in Seattle, WA, or Arlington VA, with the flexibility of going into the AWS offices a few days each month. In this role, you will collaborate with sales teams to define technical solutions that best meet prospective clients’ needs. You will design and present tailored AWS solutions, build proofs-of-concept, and work closely with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are realistic and effective. Providing technical guidance, creating solution architecture, and contributing to RFPs and other sales support documents are key aspects of this position.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Solution Architecture and Integration to align technology with business goals.
- Strong skills in Consulting and understanding client needs to drive technical strategy and decision-making.
- Proficiency in Software Development for contributing to proofs-of-concept and solution prototyping.
- Knowledge of Business Processes to ensure effective mapping of solutions to operational workflows.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional) are highly desirable.
- Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Experience with cloud technologies and a deep understanding of AWS services and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
