Accounts Payable Clerk

nClouds is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for managing the companys outgoing payments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and maintains a high level of accuracy.

This is a hybrid position, requiring 2 days per week in the office and the remainder remote.

What youll do:

• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Review and verify invoices for proper approval, coding, and compliance
• Manage the accounts payable inbox and respond to vendor inquiries
• Prepare and execute weekly payment runs (ACH, wire, checks)
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions
• Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals and reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
• Support audits by providing requested documentation

What you bring:

• 2 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g. NetSuite)
• Comfortable working with Excel (basic formulas, data entry, reconciliation)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
• Familiarity with expense management tools (e.g., Expensify, Concur)
• Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
