Responsibilities
- Provide individualized vocational instruction and training tailored to each clients abilities, goals, and developmental needs.
- Coach and support individuals with disabilities in learning and performing job tasks, promoting independence and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Complete required documentation, including transportation logs, attendance records, job coach notes, objective sheets, incident/accident reports, time studies, and case management paperwork.
- Follow all protocols, procedures, and expectations for the assigned program or department to ensure program compliance.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment, ensuring the health and well-being of all individuals at the worksite.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid California drivers license and access to a personal vehicle (driving is required)
- Ability to provide ongoing proof of state-required auto insurance
- Ability to pass fingerprint clearance through the California Department of Justice and FBI
- Basic computer and technology skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility, including availability to work weekends
Compensation
$23.00 per hour Full-Time & Part-Time opportunities available. Includes a $250 sign-on bonus (paid at 90 and 180 days).
