Position Overview
A Quality Control Agents are tasked with ensuring that the P40 operating system matches the operating systems of our clients. Agents are responsible for reviewing and updating account statuses, locating any payments received by clients but not received by P40, and helping the accounting department with any tasks/projects that need extra attention.
Principle Responsibilities
- Ensure that accounts are finalized in Salesforce and that each account matches the accounts in our different clients' systems.
- Agent reviews/updates account statuses in Salesforce to ensure that they are in the correct stage
- QC Agents go into different systems and locate any direct payments that have been sent to lenders but have not been received by P40. If a payment is found, they make a note of the payment and....
- Agents are responsible for helping the accounting department with prepping/posting checks when necessary
Principle Objectives and Expectations
- Objective: Ensure that all accounts in P40’s Salesforce match the accounts in the systems of our clients and track/find any payments that have been received by clients but not yet received by P40.
- Agents are expected to be very accurate when changing account statuses
- Agents are expected to look through clients’ systems diligently to locate any missing payments to P40
Experience
- Experience working in accounting/finance is a plus
- Experience navigating and working with Salesforce
- Experience working on tedious/repetitive tasks is preferred
Education
- Minimum Requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Education/degree in accounting or finance fields is a plus
