Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Key Account Manager based in Plano, TX, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, developing business plans to drive accounts toward success, and delivering excellent customer service. The role requires understanding client needs, implementing strategic solutions, and identifying opportunities to optimize collaboration and grow accounts.
