The department of Athletics and Recreation at Clarkson University invites applicants to apply for the 10 month full time position of Head Women's Lacrosse Coach. The lacrosse program competes at the NCAA Division III level and is a member of the Liberty League. A successful coach for Clarkson will provide effective leadership in each of the following areas: recruiting, teaching, coaching, counseling, marketing, alumni relations, fund raising, sport administration, and other duties as assigned. It will be necessary to prioritize and balance these activities in a manner that best promotes and advances the women’s lacrosse program within all Clarkson University, Liberty League, and NCAA rules and regulations.

Demonstrated commitment to furthering the goals and objectives of both, the University and Athletics Department, ability to successfully recruit quality student-athletes, understand the role of the student-athlete in a competitive academic/athletic environment, and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate to a variety of constituency groups. Master's degree and knowledge of the NCAA Division III rules and regulations preferred.
