This is a temporary position and there are no leave or retirement benefits offered with this position. Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $44.00 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application).
Effective July 1, 2025, candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they have the minimum education and experience listed from the class specification. The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities listed within this vacancy announcement will be used only as management preferences and will be used to screen for the most qualified pool of applicants.

Management Preferences:
- Collaborate with DHB and DMHDDSUS on provider enrollment and accreditation requirements
- Act as provider enrollment SME with experience in DMH taxonomies, NC Tracks processes, and accreditation policies
- Reconcile and finalize Business rules (CSR) and Provider Permission Matrix (PPM) in alignment with DHB so the State’s fiscal agent (GDIT) can implement these changes systemwide.
- Assist with updating systems (NC Tracks, PPM, CSR) to reflect these timelines, automate notices, track expirations, suspend non-compliant providers, and share data with health plans
- Engage policy leads and coordinate with GDIT
- Deliver Provider Support & Communication needs, including launch technical assistance and outreach for state-funded agencies (many are not frequent NC Tracks users), and offer clear guidance on timelines, expectations, and available support.
