Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute client events, golf tournaments, tradeshows, and promotions from start to finish, including regular local travel to event sites
- Manage marketing event supplies, novelties and tradeshow inventory
- Coordinate local sporting event attendance and client entertainment
- Support branch-wide marketing initiatives as needed
- Take on additional responsibilities as the role evolves
Qualifications:
- 2 years minimum experience in event coordination and marketing a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
- A collaborative mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach
