What You'll Do
- Build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Learn and present Farm Bureau Insurance products, coverage options, and discounts.
- Follow up with leads and develop new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
- Conduct needs-based sales conversations.
- Prepare quotes and help customers through the sales process.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and coverage.
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
- Maintain accurate customer records and agency documentation.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Insurance license preferred; must be willing and able to obtain a license upon hire.
