Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Martial Arts Instructor to lead classes for children ages 3–6. This part-time role is ideal for someone who loves working with young kids, has a strong background in martial arts, and understands how to create a safe, fun, and structured learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach age-appropriate martial arts classes to children ages 3–6
- Plan and lead engaging, high-energy classes that focus on physical development, discipline, respect, and fun
- Maintain a safe and positive environment for all students
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and students
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback
- Assist with occasional events, belt tests, or demonstrations
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience teaching martial arts
- Prior experience working with children ages 3–6
- Strong understanding of child development and classroom management
- Background check required
- Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic
Preferred Qualifications:
- Early childhood education or coaching experience
- Experience with group instruction in a structured setting
Work Hours:
Classes are held during late afternoons and early evenings, with flexible scheduling available. Total commitment is 5–10 hours per week.
