What You’ll Do
- Handle daily administrative tasks, including phones, emails, and scheduling
- Provide support to management and team members as needed
- Maintain organized records and assist with document preparation
- Greet and assist visitors, residents, and vendors in a professional manner
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Friendly, professional communication style (written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Previous office experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred
