What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Office Assistant position at NBK Parts?
Duties include, not limited to:
-Extensive data entry/Proprietary software (will train right candidate)
-Various customer service correspondence
-Various clerical tasks
-Answering and fielding phone calls
-Assisting with efficient office organization and good order
Qualifications
-High School diploma or equivalent
-Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to follow instructions and maintain productivity standards
-Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook is helpful, not required)
-Ability and willingness to learn
