Responsibilities
- The Care Assistant provides resident care and report to clinical team members.
- The Care Assistant performs and/or assists in general care and services for residents as outlined in care plans.
Qualifications
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
- Must be able to observe and report resident status and implement care plans
- BLS Certification.

Salary Range
$16.77 - $20.91 per hour. $2.25 – 2.50 shift differential for evening, night, and weekend shifts.Benefits Statement

Nazareth Living Center is looking for Full-Time/Part-Time/PRN Care Assistants and CNA's on day, evening, or night shift.

Qualifications and Skills
- Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity
