Nayar Healthcare is expanding! We’re looking for a results-driven Outside B2B Sales Representative to develop and grow a brand-new territory. If you have a proven background in outside sales — especially in healthcare — and are ready to take on a growth-focused role, we want to hear from you.
Salary & Benefits:
- Base salary: $60,000–$75,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
- Monthly bonus opportunities – Top performers are earning $120,000 annually
- Mileage reimbursement and travel support (if applicable)
- Ongoing professional development and career growth potential
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of outside B2B sales experience required
- Experience in healthcare, medical sales, or home health preferred
- Strong organization, time management, and follow-through skills are a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a territory-based role
- Self-starter with a track record of exceeding sales goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Nayar Healthcare’s skilled home health services to referral sources in the medical community
- Build and maintain relationships with physician offices, hospitals, assisted living and rehab facilities
- Identify target markets and develop strategies to secure patient referrals
- Set and achieve sales goals, track performance, and report progress to leadership
- Act as a key resource for clients, providing information and support as needed
