Home Health Sales & Marketing Representative
Territory: Lynchburg, VA
Nayar Health Care is seeking a motivated Home Health Sales & Marketing Representative to develop and grow referral relationships throughout the Lynchburg territory.

This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who enjoys building relationships, expanding referral networks, and representing a trusted healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physician offices, SNFs, ALFs, and community partners
- Educate healthcare professionals about Nayar Health Care home health services
- Identify new referral sources and opportunities within the assigned territory
- Conduct regular in-person visits with referral partners
- Collaborate with intake and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient admissions
- Track referral activity and maintain territory reports
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of outside B2B sales experience (preferred)
- Healthcare or medical sales experience preferred
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $60,000 – $100,000 (commensurate with experience)
