What You’ll Do
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
- Complete comprehensive assessments and monitor changes in patients’ conditions
- Provide wound care, medication management, disease education, and other skilled treatments
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding medications, treatments, and care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Help patients remain safe and independent in their homes
- Travel throughout the assigned Daytona Beach or St. Augustine territory
What We’re Looking For
- Active Florida RN license
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience
- Home health experience preferred but not required for strong candidates
- Experience with patient assessments, wound care, medication management, and disease education
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily patient schedule
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance
- Comfortable traveling throughout the assigned service area
- Compassionate, dependable, organized, and patient-focused
