Navy Beach is a seasonal, waterfront restaurant in Montauk, New York, known for warm hospitality, elevated coastal cuisine, and a high-energy summer atmosphere. As we enter our 17th season, we are seeking a dedicated Floor Manager to join our front-of-house leadership team.

Position SummaryThe Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing daily service operations, supporting FOH staff during service, and ensuring every guest leaves with a positive and memorable experience. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong communication, organization, and service instincts.
Responsibilities-
Lead floor operations during service to ensure smooth flow and timing

Assign sections and manage staffing levels throughout shifts

Support servers, hosts, and bartenders during service

Handle guest recovery with professionalism and care

Hire, train, and coach FOH staff

Assist with scheduling and staff development

Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and cash-handling standards

Collaborate with kitchen and management teams daily

3 years of hospitality experience; management experience preferred

Strong service standards and guest-first mentality

Confident, calm leadership style in busy environments
