The pay schedule and pay band for all Demonstration Project Professional Positions will be DP-1/2/3/4.
If selected, your salary will be set according to the established control points of this position which is $142,488 - $185,234 (Base $106,382-$138,296 plus 33.94% locality adjustment).
This position is eligible for part time, full time or ad-hoc telework at the discretion of management.
Certain incentives (such as Recruitment, Relocation or Student Loan Repayment) may be authorized to eligible selectees.
This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program.
Several vacancies may be filled.

- You will serve as the Weapons Data Link (WDL) Principal Assistant Program Manager (PAPM) in support of the PMW/A 101 MIDS program office within PEO C4I
- You will be responsible for managing the cost, schedule and performance for a diverse portfolio of Weapons Data Link Small-Form-Factor Weapons Attritable Radio Multi-Mode Family of Radios for customers to include Long Range Anti-Ship Missile.
- You will demonstrate experience with weapons Integration and advanced technology projects and programs
- You will lead an Integrated Product Team (IPT) with members from multiple professional domains including Information Assurance (IA), software development, modeling and simulation, hardware integration, test and evaluation, and systems engineering
- You will be responsible for stakeholder communication and the oversight of requirements definition, research and development, systems integration, qualification and testing, training, production, contracting
- You will be responsible for managing and executing budgets across appropriated funding lines (RDTE and OMN) and Spectrum Relocation Funds (SRF) managed by the DoD CIO
- You will lead a team of Assistant Program Managers, Project Managers and other personnel as required to support acquisition processes
- You will prepare program budget estimates, develop work breakdown structures, build program schedules, perform contract planning and coordinate post-award activities
- You will manage all phases of program acquisition life cycle to include definition, development, design, test and evaluation, acquisition and contract strategies, contract management, cost estimation, scheduling, production and disposal
- You will lead, integrate and coordinate disparate functional groups and develop a cohesive team capable of successfully handling complex problems encountered
- You will plan, evaluate and continually monitor program execution to understand, analyze, develop and communicate acceptable solutions to overcome challenges and mitigate cost, schedule and performance risks
