JOB QUALIFICATION:
- 10 years of full-stack development experience
- Google Dialogflow or similar platform experience (Kore.ai, Amelia.ai, Netomi, Conversational bot building), along with experience integrating those bots with APIs for automation
- Develop and maintain Chatbot, chatbot implementations & integrations to .com/in-app/SMS using python.
- A thorough hands-on experience of Services integration knowledge for APIs is required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Integrate APIs and third-party services, including aviation data feeds and NLP engines
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipeline management
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical documentation
- Engage in agile ceremonies and sprint planning across distributed teams .
