This role is responsible for driving new business through high-volume outbound calling to existing prospect lists. The ideal candidate is energetic, persistent, and comfortable spending the majority of their workday on the phone reconnecting with prospective clients and closing personal lines policies. This position plays a critical role in revenue generation and requires a strong closer mentality.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls daily to prospective customers from provided call lists
- Re-engage prospects and present personal lines insurance solutions
- Build rapport quickly and effectively with potential clients over the phone
- Quote, present, and close personal lines insurance policies
- Overcome objections and confidently guide prospects through the sales process
- Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow-ups in CRM systems
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets
- Follow all compliance and regulatory guidelines in sales practices
- Active Florida (FL) 2-20 or 20-44 insurance license required
- Proven ability to close sales in a high-volume outbound calling environment
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a metrics-driven role
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-based setting
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Experience in personal lines insurance sales
