Pay Rate: $65 - $73/hr
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Travel Nurse Educator – Neurosurgical ICU for an exciting Contract opportunity in Bozeman, MT.
Responsibilities
Develop, coordinate, implement, and evaluate nursing education programs.
Facilitate new employee orientation, onboarding, and transition-to-practice programs.
Support preceptor development and staff competency validation.
Conduct simulation-based learning and continuing education programs.
Develop and maintain educational materials and learning resources.
Promote lifelong learning and professional growth among nursing staff.
Promote evidence-based nursing practice throughout the organization.
Support specialty education within the Neurosurgical ICU environment.
Serve as a resource for clinical best practices and quality improvement initiatives.
Assist with implementation of new clinical procedures and standards.
Support competency assessments and performance improvement activities.
Partner with nursing leadership to identify educational needs.
Mentor and coach nursing staff.
Participate in interdisciplinary committees and projects.
Support organizational goals related to patient safety and clinical quality.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Active Montana Registered Nurse (RN) License.
Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience and/or healthcare teaching experience.
Minimum 1 year of education, leadership, management, or training experience.
Occasional weekend and after-hours support as needed.
Potential on-call responsibilities.
No holiday requirement.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN).
Clinical Nurse Educator experience.
Staff Development experience.
Neurosurgical ICU or Critical Care experience.
