Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced System Software Programmer – Project Lead to drive the design, development, and enhancement of mission-critical applications. This role involves leading large-scale application development efforts, supporting case management systems, and ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise-level software systems
- Develop and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, and MS SQL Server
- Drive enhancements to case management systems supporting social services programs
- Design and integrate assessment tools into existing enterprise platforms
- Develop and support bi-directional system interfaces with external agencies
- Participate in system design, architecture planning, and implementation of regulatory requirements
- Support ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of applications
- Lead reporting solutions and federal reporting integrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical and non-technical stakeholders

- MS SQL Server 2019 (Enterprise)
- Microsoft IIS 8.5
- Visual Studio 2019 / 2022
- Team Foundation Server (TFS)
- Technologies: C#, .NET, ASP.NET, JavaScript, SSRS
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of experience designing and implementing medium to large-scale software systems using .NET technologies
- 5 years of experience developing data-driven applications using MS SQL Server
- 5 years of experience building web and Windows-based applications
- Strong experience with:
- N-tier architecture
- Scalable system design
- Dynamic content development
- Complex security models and implementations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in human services or child welfare systems
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with performance, security, and regression testing tools
- Hands-on experience with:
- Entity Framework 6
- ASP.NET MVC (3 )
