Job Title: School Psychologist
Location: Colorado Springs, CO 80911
Duration: 42 Weeks (2026–2027 School Year)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM | 37.5 hours/week
Pay Rate:
- Local: $50 – $60/hour
- Travel: $60 – $69/hour (including stipend)
Final pay rate determined based on experience
Position Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and qualified School Psychologist to support K–12 students across multiple schools within the district. This full-time, onsite role focuses on promoting students’ academic, emotional, and behavioral success throughout the 2026–2027 school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students (K–12)
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student development
- Provide counseling and interventions for behavioral and emotional needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student support plans
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation per state and district guidelines
- Support crisis intervention and foster a positive school environment
- Travel between multiple school sites within the district as required
Qualifications:
- Active Colorado School Psychologist License (required)
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
- Experience with K–12 student populations preferred
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessments, testing tools, and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage caseloads across multiple school locations
- Commitment to student success and inclusive education practices
