Location: Monongah, WV
Shift: Variable Shifts | 8-Hour, 12-Hour & 16-Hour Shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 32 Hours per Week

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility assignment in Monongah, West Virginia. This role is ideal for nurses committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive long-term care environment.
The RN will provide skilled nursing services, support residents’ daily healthcare needs, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents based on individualized care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
Assess, monitor, and document residents’ physical and emotional conditions
Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams
Respond promptly to resident needs, emergencies, and changes in condition
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
Educate residents and family members on care plans, medications, and treatments
Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and independence
Follow facility policies, infection control protocols, and regulatory standards
Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Previous LTC, SNF, or nursing home experience preferred
Current BLS certification required
Strong assessment, medication administration, and patient care skills
Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules
Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
Compassionate and patient-focused approach
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
