Quality Assurance Analyst – Advanced
Location: Columbia, SC (Fully Onsite – 5 Days/Week)
Duration: 12 Months

We are hiring an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to support enterprise application testing and quality assurance activities. This role focuses on developing test strategies, executing system testing, identifying defects, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, QA processes, and UAT scenarios.
- Perform Smoke Testing, System Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and End-to-End Testing.
- Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Sahi Pro/Selenium frameworks.
- Validate software functionality, usability, reliability, and performance.
- Identify defects, track issues, and coordinate timely resolution with development teams.
- Review vendor and internal test plans, scripts, and testing results.
- Monitor testing progress and report risks, issues, and status updates.
- Recommend process improvements and testing best practices.
- Collaborate with business, technical teams, and leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills
- 5 years of experience in QA / Quality Control.
- Experience converting business requirements into test cases and scenarios.
- 3 years of experience with Sahi Pro or Selenium Automation.
- Experience designing and developing test automation scripts.
- Knowledge of test design techniques (Equivalence Class Partitioning, Pairwise Analysis).
- Understanding of QA governance and testing methodologies.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Enterprise application testing experience.
- Healthcare or Medicaid domain experience.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
- Knowledge of healthcare data exchange standards is a plus.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical, Business, Healthcare, or related field OR equivalent QA experience.
