Position Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. The RN will be responsible for monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Monitor, record, and report patient conditions and vital signs
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-care instructions
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely patient documentation
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific)
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous clinical or hospital experience preferred
