Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to support a busy outpatient neurology clinic. The ideal candidate will have strong patient communication skills, experience coordinating care in an ambulatory setting, and the ability to manage a high volume of patient interactions, medication refills, and infusion-related activities.

Schedule

• Day Shift
• Monday – Friday
• No weekends required
• No on-call requirement

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Neurology and/or Infusion experience highly preferred
• Outpatient clinic experience preferred

Required Licensure & Certifications

• Active California RN License required
• Pending licenses will not be accepted

Preferred Qualifications

• EPIC EMR experience highly preferred
• Experience working in Neurology or Infusion settings strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care within an outpatient neurology practice
• Manage medication refill requests and prior authorizations
• Respond to patient calls and electronic patient messages
• Support infusion-related workflows and provider orders
• Assist with office visits and patient assessments
• Provide patient education and clinical guidance
• Document all patient interactions accurately within the EMR
• Collaborate with providers and clinic staff to ensure continuity of care
