Shift & Schedule: Variable Nights | 12-Hour Shifts | 36/48 Hours Weekly Guaranteed
Pay Rate: $45 - $51/hr
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a RN Long-Term Care for an exciting Contract opportunity in Ainsworth, NE.
Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
Assess, monitor, and report changes in resident conditions to ensure timely interventions.
Coordinate resident care with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident assessments, treatments, and care activities.
Supervise and support nursing support staff to ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
Active RN License required.
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills.
Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a long-term care setting.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred.
BLS Certification preferred.
