- Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Schedule: Alternating weeks (36 hours one week / 48 hours the next)
Job Summary
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care during night shifts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient assessment, treatment administration, and collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions and document medical histories accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes promptly
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to deliver effective care
- Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care
- Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, safety, and infection control protocols
- Contribute to a supportive and team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific)
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Minimum 1 year of clinical or hospital nursing experience
- Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking abilities
- Experience with EMR systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
