Position Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care (LTC)
Location: Anchorage, AK (99504)
Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule:
- 3 Days per Week
- Shift Type: Days / Nights (Variable)

- Weekly Hours: Approximately 36–40 Hours

Position Overview
The Registered Nurse (RN) in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while overseeing clinical operations within an assigned unit. This role involves assessing resident health conditions, developing individualized care plans, administering treatments, and ensuring continuity of care across interdisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care in accordance with care plans, clinical standards, and facility policies
- Conduct ongoing assessments and evaluate resident conditions
- Develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and clinical interventions safely and accurately
- Monitor changes in resident health and initiate appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, CNAs, therapists, and care teams
- Lead patient rounds and ensure clear communication with residents and families
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Required Qualifications
Education:
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program
Licensure & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License – Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification – Required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – Preferred
- IV Certification – Preferred
- COVID-19 Vaccination – Required
Experience:
- 0–2 years of RN experience preferred
- Prior experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) strongly preferred
