Job Title: Registered Nurse – Operating Room (OR)
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality surgical care for both adult and pediatric patient populations. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, team-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary surgical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care in the Operating Room across a variety of surgical specialties
- Prepare patients, equipment, and operating rooms for surgical procedures
- Assist surgeons during procedures and ensure adherence to sterile techniques
- Monitor patient status before, during, and after surgery
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system

Schedule & Requirements:

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of Operating Room (OR) experience required
- Pediatric (PEDS) experience required
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification required
- CNOR certification preferred
- Experience with EPIC EMR system required
- Prior travel experience highly preferred
