Shift: Evening/Night (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Schedule: 36 hours/week | 3x12-hour shifts

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit. The RN will provide comprehensive patient care using the nursing process, ensuring high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced acute care environment. This role requires flexibility to float between units as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
- Perform and document comprehensive patient assessments including physical, psychological, and social needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient documentation
- Monitor patients on telemetry and respond to changes in condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Serve as a charge nurse and provide leadership support as needed
- Act as a resource for staff, including training and orientation
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, infection control, and hospital policies
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient care evaluations
- Utilize computerized nursing informatics systems effectively
- Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold professional standards
Requirements:
- Active Massachusetts RN license required
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience preferred
- Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
