Schedule & Shift Details:
- Day Shift
- Monday – Friday
- 08:30 AM – 04:30 PM
- 5 × 8-hour shifts per week (40 hours/week)
- Block scheduling not available
- Orientation: 40 hours (Non-billable)
Work Setting:
- Outpatient Physical Therapy Unit
- Patient Load: 11–12 patients per day
- Patient Population: Orthopedic, Neurological, and Geriatric
Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physical therapists with patient care and treatment activities
- Prepare treatment areas, equipment, and therapy materials
- Support patients with exercises and mobility under supervision
- Monitor and report patient progress to therapists
- Clean and maintain therapy equipment and treatment areas
- Assist with patient transport within the facility
- Ensure a safe and supportive patient environment
- Support administrative tasks including scheduling and documentation
- Follow clinic policies and safety protocols
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a PT Aide or in a rehabilitation setting preferred
- Experience with orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric patients is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient environment
- Basic understanding of physical therapy practices
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
