Job Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Robinson, IL
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Compensation: $2,245 – $2,550 per week (Based on experience)
Shift Details:
Day Shift – 5x8 Hours (Monday to Friday)
Rotating weekend coverage required
Job Summary
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services in inpatient, outpatient, and/or home health settings in Robinson, IL. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering skilled therapy services to improve mobility, restore function, reduce pain, and support patient independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders
- Provide skilled physical therapy interventions and therapeutic modalities
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals, treatment plans, and adaptive equipment use
- Supervise and support Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Requirements
- Active Illinois Physical Therapist license required
- Current BLS certification required
- Valid driver’s license and proof of personal auto insurance required
- Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapy experience preferred
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- APTA membership preferred
- Experience in inpatient, outpatient, or home health settings preferred
