Location: Flushing, NY

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 37.5 hours/week
Shift: Day (5 × 7.5-hour shifts)
Job Summary
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled Pediatric Echo Tech / Cardiac Sonographer to perform high-quality echocardiography procedures for pediatric patients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on pediatric experience, strong technical expertise with echo equipment, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical teams while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform pediatric echocardiograms in accordance with established protocols
- Operate and troubleshoot echocardiography equipment as needed
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during procedures
- Identify and escalate clinical concerns to appropriate medical staff (MD/RN)
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Assist with scheduling and clerical duties related to procedures
- Adhere to infection control, safety standards, and clinical guidelines
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Completion of an accredited Echocardiography Training Program
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Echo Technician
- Hands-on experience with pediatric echocardiography required
- Certification required: CCI or ARDMS (Echo)
