Location: East Brunswick, NJ
Duration: 52 Weeks (Per Diem)
Schedule: Flexible / Per Diem (Minimum 1 shift every 2 weeks)

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a Patient Service Representative to support a dynamic clinical team on a per diem basis. This role offers excellent flexibility for individuals looking for a part-time or as-needed schedule. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient service while supporting front-desk and administrative operations in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients in a professional and friendly manner upon arrival and departure
- Address patient inquiries and concerns in accordance with office policies
- Manage incoming calls and voicemail messages efficiently
- Schedule, confirm, and maintain patient appointments
- Maintain and update the appointment calendar
- Follow up on missed or canceled appointments
- Register patients and manage sign-in procedures
- Accurately post charges and process payments
- Assist with treatment coordination and financial discussions
- Ensure the reception and waiting area remains clean and welcoming
- Provide general administrative support to office staff as needed
Required Qualifications
- Experience handling phone communications in a professional environment
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- High school diploma or GED required
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a dental, medical, or healthcare office
- Familiarity with insurance plans (HMO/PPO)
