Position Overview:
"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to support a large-scale transformation program. This role will focus on aligning Training, Communications, Readiness, and Support workstreams to ensure a successful project rollout and operational readiness.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assess progress across Training, Communications, Readiness, and Support teams
Ensure all workstreams remain aligned with overall project goals and timelines
Identify adoption risks, performance gaps, and develop mitigation strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with leadership and key stakeholders
Keep stakeholders informed, engaged, and prepared for project implementation
Oversee readiness assessments and post-implementation support planning
Lead and coordinate multiple teams consisting of internal and vendor staff
Track deliverables and ensure alignment with PMO milestones
Prepare status updates, reports, and project documentation
Support project continuity and organizational readiness efforts
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM)
Strong knowledge of readiness assessments and change management methodologies
Experience working in complex project environments
Ability to quickly establish credibility with stakeholders and project teams
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance day-to-day issue resolution with long-term strategic planning
Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams
Work Environment:
Hybrid work model
Ability to report to the Boston office when required
May require increased on-site presence during onboarding, training, or key project phases
