Job Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is an experienced and dynamic Nurse Supervisor to oversee clinical operations, support nursing staff, and enhance patient care quality in a fast-paced healthcare setting. This role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with nurse managers to assess unit performance and implement improvements
- Monitor patient care standards and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Develop and implement programs to improve patient care and staff performance
- Identify areas for improvement and support corrective action planning
- Maintain and manage record-keeping systems, including tracking incidents and documentation
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to clinical protocols
- Promote a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment
- Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and leadership
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required (Master’s preferred)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York required
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Minimum 7 years of nursing experience, including 5 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
