LVN / LPN (Travel Contract) - LLTCTV

Position: LVN / LPN (Travel Contract)

Location: Rochester, NY 14612
Duration: 8 Weeks
Shift: Mid Shift – 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM (5x8-hour shifts)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Compensation:

• Pay Rate: $35 – $38/hour
• Note: No travel or housing reimbursement provided
• Eligibility: Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated LPN/LVN to provide quality nursing care under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians. The role focuses on patient comfort, routine care, and monitoring patient health in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide basic nursing care and support to patients
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to RNs or physicians
• Assist with daily living activities and patient comfort measures
• Administer medications and treatments as directed
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and records
• Follow all safety, infection control, and facility protocols

Required Qualifications:

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of LPN/LVN experience – required

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required

Licensure & Certifications:

• Active New York State LPN License – required (must be in hand at time of submission)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) – AHA required
