LPN – LTC | Contract Assignment

Location: Bismarck, North Dakota
Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Duration: 8 Weeks
Schedule: Rotating schedule | 12-hour shifts

Job Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Long-Term Care (LTC) assignment in North Dakota. The role involves working in a skilled nursing and long-term acute care setting providing direct patient care during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to LTC and rehab residents

• Monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate documentation

• Manage care for patients with trachs, vents, PEG tubes, and wound care needs

• Assist with medication administration alongside support staff

• Follow facility protocols and maintain quality standards of care

Requirements

• Active LPN license

• LTC experience preferred

• IV certification preferred but not mandatory

• Experience with trachs, vents, PEG tubes, and wound care preferred

• Ability to work rotating night shifts including weekends

Additional Information

• Short orientation provided at facility

• Additional training support available if required

• Scrubs: Any color acceptable

• Overtime may be available based on facility needs
