Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Director of Rehabilitation for an exciting permanent opportunity in Belle Fourche, SD.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage rehabilitation services including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and facility policies
- Supervise and support therapy staff, including PTs, OTs, SLPs, PTAs, and COTAs
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Oversee documentation accuracy, quality assurance, and clinical audits
- Support staff development, training, and performance evaluations
- Drive departmental efficiency, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes
Requirements
- Licensed Therapist (PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or COTA) required
- South Dakota license or eligibility for licensure required
- Graduate of an accredited therapy program required
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a rehabilitation department
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or rehabilitation setting
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards
- Experience managing multidisciplinary therapy teams
