Position Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Monroe, WI 53566
Contract Length: 8 Weeks
Shift: Variable – Nights
12-Hour Shifts:
6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
OR
8-Hour Shifts (40 Hours/Week):
6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
About the Role:
Seeking a compassionate LPN to provide quality nursing care for residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care according to facility policies and procedures
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document resident conditions
Report patient changes to healthcare team members
Assist residents with daily living activities
Maintain accurate patient records
Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary staff
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
Requirements & Preferred Skills:
Active Wisconsin LPN license required
Previous LTC or skilled nursing experience preferred
BLS certification required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, nights, and weekends
