Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Environmental Services Technician to support cleanliness, sanitation, and operational efficiency within a facility setting. This role is essential in maintaining a safe, sterile, and well-organized environment.
Responsibilities
Infection Control & Sanitation
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness by disinfecting carts, delivery trucks, and facility surfaces
- Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and sterile environment
Supply & Inventory Management
- Monitor and restock SPD materials, dry goods, and paper supplies
- Ensure availability of essential materials for uninterrupted operations
Facility Maintenance
- Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of floors, surfaces, and common areas
- Maintain an organized and presentable work environment
Operational Support
- Assist staff and technicians by ensuring equipment and materials are readily available
- Support smooth day-to-day facility operations
Continuous Improvement
- Identify and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and cleanliness standards
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude with a proactive, “can-do” mindset
