Fredericksburg, TX | Full-Time | Days (No Weekends)

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $97,052 – $145,000 (based on experience)

• Incentive Bonus: Up to 17.5%

• Sign-On & Relocation Assistance: Available (case-by-case basis)

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift (No Weekends)

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Oversee all daily surgical operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality outcomes.

• Maintain regulatory compliance and accreditation standards.

Quality & Clinical Excellence

• Implement evidence-based practices to advance patient safety and surgical outcomes.

• Ensure all equipment, processes, and workflows meet regulatory requirements.

Strategic Growth & Innovation

• Collaborate with surgeons and executive leadership to expand service lines and increase surgical volume.

• Leverage advanced technologies, including robotics, to enhance patient care.

Financial Management

• Develop and manage the department’s annual operating budget.

• Monitor revenue, control expenses, and optimize labor productivity.

People Leadership & Culture

• Recruit, develop, and retain top clinical talent.

• Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.

• Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Required

• Master’s Degree – Preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Surgical Services

• Proven leadership experience required

• Open to current Surgical Services Managers ready to step into a Director-level role

• Leaders from Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC) with strong acute care knowledge are encouraged to apply
